Sars apartments represent an real holiday accommodation settled in beautifuly decorated garden, providing amenities which are not usual for an private accommodation. We mostly recommend Sars apartments to those who are looking for an trully in mediterranean style holiday accommodation in Ulcinj, far away from crowds, but still close enough, not a long drive to go to the beach or in down town.

Large garden, barbecue facilities, garden chairs, tables and children amenities such as swimming pool and children playing toys (small cars and toys children play) almost eliminate this disadvantage of not being very close to the beach, which based on feedback you our guests even And advantage of not being disturbed by traffic noise and discothec.

GENERAL FACILITIES

Beautiful green garden, big enough for every guests peace and space, and enough playground for children. Nice equipped room, each of them with TV, AC, bathroom, terrace or balcony. Two kitchen only on our guests disposal are located on the second floor of sars apartments.

Large parking place, secures free of charge parking for every car per room. 7 room on the ground floor 3 from them of the 2 + 1 beds capacity of the others are double bed rooms. Up on the second floor over with the same conditions are the room down. The structure of the rooms is: two 2 +1 bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 single bedroom. Two rooms on the second floor are with sea view and have separate terraces.

RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off season, and 3 nights during the high season (high season 01 July - 31 August)
• On the day of booking 30% of total amount is charged. The advance payment is not refundable
• In case of NO SHOW - total charge amount is

• Pets are allowed only at the garden
• Local tax of 1 Euro per person / night is not included in price
• VAT is included in price

Ulcinj Sars accommodation apartments are located in area of Pinjes. This is a very nice and peacful area, and especialy the one around accommodation. Beautiful decorated garden with Mediterranean vegetation and greenery. Sars apartments beeing nice located in an isolated from surrounding traffic, crowd and noise, and represents accommodation from where you need a car to go to the beach. Parking place for our guests every car is secured and of course free of charge. If you can not find by Your self this accommodation, than do not hesitate to step by at our office, since it is located in the entrance of Ulcinj.
