            “BMJ"  is a corporation that delivers wide scope of construction services within Poland. We carry out a broad and comprehensive range of activities, such as: renovation and modernization works and also finishing works in various kinds of interiors.

We deal with all kinds of problems with rearranging and alteration, conversion and redevelopment of office spaces. We are able to remove also any errors and problems existing already in a particular construction place.

Preliminary Works

            Since the initial agreement, we are working very closely with our customers on creation of  Service Level Agreement with all requires dates of each phases of design, construction and finishing works up to the exact date of final product delivery. We are able also to negotiate with all kinds of administrative offices within the place of construction. We can acquire all necessary permissions and we can also advise on cost effective project realization.

Construction Works

            When design and preliminary work is completed, we can manage our highly qualified team of engineers (electricians, plumbers, a plaster panel assemblers, air conditioning technicians, etc.) and we can deal with most difficult and demanding projects regardless of its complexity or localization.

Project Management

            Close cooperation with our customers helps us to understand a particular project requirements and leads to deeper analysis of individual needs of our client.

Thanks to such problem approach we can deliver final product on time and in cost effective way.

Every project is conducted by a selected engineer from the very beginning to the end, so our customer can be assured that one person deals with each and all steps of construction and can solve any kind of problems very quickly and efficiently.
